Should customers require the gown by a specific date, please contact us before-hand to ensure the gown will arrive in time.Some dresses may take 2-3 weeks to arrive and sometimes as much as 12-16 weeks if the dress needs to be specially cut (please contact us for stock availability prior to ordering!) but we can rush-ship on occasions if necessary (subject to a rush shipping fee). Gowns are shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery which insures the gown for the correct value, and are packed in a Royal Mail special delivery bag.
International items are send via International Signed for Parcel and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you need the dress sooner, please contact us.

If this happens, you must contact us with notice of cancellation in writing within 14 days after the goods are received, and return the item within this time period.
